Job Description

Razor seeks a Business Analyst to join our teamfor a large multiyear program with our government client. This is a junior level role The candidate will be mentored and trained. Great opportunity to learn and advance. You would need to submit to a background check to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Functions:
Analyze technical specifications, application capability to develop, modify user requirements
  • Participate in architecture and design sessions and be the voice of business requirements
  • Able to reverse engineer application functionality through user demonstrations
  • Drive requirements solicitations and define requirements in the form of Epics and User Stories
  • Develop user experience flows and drive consensus with business leadership
  • Analyze, isolate, and document problems and issues, identify risks, and develop options and solutions
  • Define project goals and work independently to complete projects while adhering to the established schedule

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience as a requirements or business analyst
  • 1 years of experience implementing financial systems or financial subsystems as part of a larger ERP implementation
  • 1+ years of experience with working in Agile teams and developing user stories
  • Experience with General Accounting Principles, and functions like AP, AR, GL
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Additional Qualifications that are plusses:
  • Agile Certification, including PMI
