Job Description

Our client, a Health Insurance company in downtown Manhattan, is looking for an Application Development Lead.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all activities of a project delivery
Provider technical guidance to the team when needed
Effectively manage escalations and scope change and implementation of multi-phased projects or programs including monitoring project quality, timeline, budget, risk and performance
Successfully manage a number of engagements concurrently
Develop and continuously improve/optimize delivery process for sustainable, scalable and repeatable solution delivery
Develop and execute a work plan obtaining details from SME's, developers and other leads to ensure all activities are performed.
Proactively manage and devise alternative solutions & contingency plans to resolve issues and risks

Minimum Qualifications:

15 +years technology experience.
Proven track record in leadership roles
Experience in having led delivery of web applications, preferably React and LAMP
Experience in having led delivery of Call Center applications
Experience with having led delivery of Reporting and Analytics solution all the way from capturing events from consumer apps to building a data mart and dashboards
Experience with having led backend solutions, specifically Microservices, APIs, ETL processes and Databases(SQL and NoSQL)
Bachelor's from an accredited college or university.

Good to have:

Experience in having led delivery of IVR systems/solutions
Experience in having led delivery of integrating with payment solutions to enable customer payments
Experience having led mobile delivery
